How to: Use Zoom control to view report at various levels of magnification.
Solution:
In the Report Preview view, select the 'View' menu and select 'Zoom'. Select the desired magnification to view the report at various levels of magnification.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Preview'. (The selected report appears.)
5) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Zoom'.
6) Select the desired magnification from the 'Zoom Control' drop-down list.
7) Repeat steps 5) and 6) for various zoom magnifications.
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' when finished.
